The state, acting on behalf of the child, appeals an order of the juvenile court which denies termination of mothers parental rights. We must first determine if the order in question is appealable. City of Hermiston v. ERB, REF280 Or 291,/REF REF570 P2d 663/REF (1977). We conclude that it is. On the merits, we conclude that the mothers parental rights should be terminated and reverse.
